Zimbabwe Volleyball’s 2nd quarter Board of Administration meeting held at Hillside in Bulawayo on 07 June 2025 ushered new faces to the functional commissions that serve as a vital cog in Zimbabwe Volleyball Association’s functions. The commissions are Referees Commission, Coaches Commission, Beach Volleyball Commission, Marketing commission, Players/Athletes Commission, Audit Commission and Research and Development Commission
Spencer Chitate the seasoned International referee was appointed as the new chairperson for the Referees Commission while Donald Chademana was appointed the chairperson for the Coaches Commission. Elliot Mpariwa was tasked to lead the Beach volleyball front whilst Lovejoy Peula took reigns of the Marketing Commission. Multiple nationally capped athlete Nyengeterai Guyo will lead the Athletes Commission whilst Justice Raradza will lead the Audit and Finance Commission. William Mazviro bounced back to volleyball administration as the new chairperson for the Research and Development Commission.
The appointed will sit in the decision making Board.
